An education consultancy was generating a high volume of leads, but conversion into successful applications remained low—resulting in poor turnover and inefficient use of marketing efforts.

Segmented leads based on intent and stage in the journey, enabling personalized, automated email sequences. Combined informational content (articles, webinars) with transactional triggers (event invites, application prompts) to nurture leads and drive progression toward successful applications.

Launched consistent weekly email sequences combining educational content and conversion-focused messaging to nurture prospects, engage partners, and drive student applications.
